Returns & Refund Policy

Returns:  We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at info@manipackaging.com.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
